Big job for Hanlon to rebuild Giants

KAMLOOPS — The Vancouver Giants have known since last December that Scott Bonner, the only general manager they’ve ever had, was leaving.

But it wasn’t until today that the Giants finally introduced his replacement.

Glen Hanlon takes over the GM’s chair.Hanlon has a big job in front of him.

The Giants are without a head coach.

On the ice they’ve struggled —– finishing last in the B.C. Division and out of the playoffs three of the last four years.
