Missing 13 year old girl located

KAMLOOPS — New information: Shyla Billy was located this evening (Sunday, May 15) safe as a result of a tip from the public.

 

EARLIER INFO:

RCMP are asking for the public’s help tracking down a missing girl.

Shyla Billy is believed to be in the Kamloops area, and was last seen yesterday in Barriere.

Police are concerned for her well-being, and are hoping she can return home soon.

This is not the first time a missing persons file has been opened on Shyla.

Kamloops RCMP have issued pleas for assistance finding her multiple times in recent months, and she has gone missing from locations in Barriere, 70 Mile House and Surrey.

If you know where she is, please call your local police detachment or Crime Stoppers.
