CIS player of the year serves as Russia team host at Women’s World Hockey

KAMLOOPS — The eight teams in the Women’s World Hockey Championship all have a support group which includes managers, trainers, medical and equipment staff.

Every team also has a local host.

For one of the team the host is a well known local star athlete.
