WolfPack drop first game at CIS men's basketball final eight

VANCOUVER — The TRU WolfPack have lost 91-75 to the Carlton Ravens in the first game at the CIS final men's basketball tournament.

TRU was close with the five time defending champions for three quarters, until the Ravens pulled away in the fourth.

Rebounding by Carleton and missed fouls by the WolfPack made a difference in the fourth.

Fifth year Gerard Gore led the Pack with 22 points, Josh Wolfram had 17 and Volodomyr Iegorov 14.

The WolfPack's next game tomorrow will against the loser of Dalhousie and Ottawa.
