KAMLOOPS — While Spring is just around the corner, Winter is quitting quite yet on the Coquihalla Highway.

Environment Canada has issued a snowfall warning from Merritt to Hope on the highway.

Anywhere between 15 to 25 cm of snow is expected to fall as a low pressure system moves across southern BC.

The snow is expected to begin this afternoon, with the most accumulation in the evening hours.

It should ease by Monday morning.
