KAMLOOPS — Kamloops Fire Rescue responded to a small fire Saturday night at Fabriclean on Laval Crescent.

KFR Assistant Fire Chief Dave McMahon says upon arrival, there was smoke in the building and small flame visible.

“They had to gain access to the building where they came across two fibre glass bins that had linens and towels inside. They managed to over heat and catch fire .”

McMahon says there was only minor smoke damage to the building.

Both bins had melted in the fire.
