KAMLOOPS — One month after hosting their annual Teddy Bear Toss night, the Kamloops Blazers had an opportunity to distribute some of those bears to patients at Royal Inland Hospital.

14 players were at the hospital last night, along with hundreds of bears and other stuffed animals.

They were welcomed on every floor, from emergency to the 6th floor, generating plenty of photo opportunities and lots of smiles.

Making like Santa Claus they distributed the bears and stuffed toys to both young and old.

It's an annual tradition for the hockey team, which initiated the very first Teddy Bear Night in the Western Hockey League.
