The man accused of murdering his girlfriend in Kamloops nearly three years ago, was back on the stand today in BC Supreme Court. Damien Taylor is charged with second-degree murder in connection to the death of 16-year old CJ Fowler. Under cross-examination, Crown Prosecutors suggested Taylor lied to the jury during his testimony, because his version of events on the night Fowler was killed – don’t match up to earlier statements he made to police.
