McGowan Park Elementary joins IH COVID-19 exposure list

KAMLOOPS — A Kamloops school has been added to the Interior Health COVID-19 exposure list.

According to IH, the exposure took place at McGowan Park Elementary School last Wednesday (June 16).

This is the only relevant school exposure in the Kamloops area. There were two exposures in Merritt schools the previous week.

Health and school officials are getting a hold of those impacted with further instructions on self-isolation.

Those who are not contacted are asked to attend school as normal.
